Anticoagulant

Anticoagulants and antiplatelet drugs are both types of antithrombotic drugs that prevent blood clots from forming and growing. They are prescribed to reduce the risk of heart attacks and strokes. 

It stops the existing clots from getting any bigger and restricts the formation of any new clot. It is also helpful in the prevention of blood clots in veins, a condition called deep vein thrombosis, and pulmonary embolism.

Heparin 1000Iu Injection 5Ml is primarily used to prevent and treat deep vein thrombosis (blood clots in leg veins), pulmonary embolism (blood clots in the lung), stroke, Transient ischaemic attack (TIA), and heart attacks.

Lidocaine+Adrenaline is used in the treatment of local anesthesia. Lidocaine + Adrenaline is a combination of two medicines: Lidoacaine and Epinephrine. Lidocaine is a local anesthetic which works by blocking pain signals from the nerves to brain thereby decreasing the sensation of pain.
