Suminat Nasal Spray should be used at the first sign of a migraine headache or as directed by a doctor. The usual dosage is 1 spray applied to 1 nostril Contact a doctor for the correct dosage as it will depend on the patients condition and their response to the medication. To apply the medication, place the tip of the spray device in one nostril, block the other nostril by pressing firmly on the other nostril and breathe in gently as you press the plunger. Keep the head upright as you remove the tip from your nose and breathe in through the nose and out the mouth for 10 to 20 seconds. If there is no improvement in symptoms, a second dose may be taken at least 2 hours after the initial dose.
